Faith Baptist Christian Academy (FBCA) is a private Christian school in Southeastern Pennsylvania. FBCA inspires students from preschool through 12th grade to pursue excellence in moral character, spiritual growth, and academic achievement. FBCA is a ministry of Faith Baptist Church, and the church provides funding to the school to make the school as affordable as possible to families.
Location - FBCA is located in Lower Bucks County Pennsylvania, 25 miles north of Philadelphia, with students enrolled from towns such as Levittown, Langhorne, Yardley, Newtown, Bristol, Fairless Hills, Morrisville, and Bensalem.
At FBCA, each student receives individualized instruction along with genuine Christian love and understanding from well-qualified teachers who are prepared to give each student thorough scholastic training.
Facilities - Our school is set on a beautiful 13.5 acre campus, with a playground, gymnasium, baseball field, and soccer/football field. The classrooms are modern, spacious, bright and cheerful, air-conditioned, and completely carpeted.
Academics – FBCA sets high academic standards and challenges each student to reach his or her highest academic potential. An online gradebook provides parents with visibility into each student’s academic progress.
Curriculum - Realizing that true knowledge comes from God, our teachers present academic knowledge in the light of God's Word. FBCA uses Bible centered curriculum from A Beka Book and Bob Jones University Press. In addition, the Bible is taught as a regular subject in all grades.
Values - Our school promotes Christian values, including integrity, diligence, social service, and respect for others. Each student is required to have his own Bible, each school day begins with devotions and prayer, chapel service is conducted each week, and each student is required to memorize a passage of Scripture each month.
Career Preparation - At FBCA, we pledge to do our utmost to develop sensitivity to God’s leading in each student’s life. Students are encouraged to seek God's career plan for their lives, and then to prepare well for that career plan. Parent/teacher consultations are scheduled to make sure each student’s future plan is on track.
Extra-Curricular Activities - Students are encouraged to join our athletic teams and participate in sports competition with other Christian schools. Students have the opportunity to take music classes, home economics, and more.
